A Graduate in Commerce, the fifty six years old Gubba Nagender Rao is the Managing Director of Gubba Cold Storage Limited, GCS holds the distinction of setting up first private sector Cold Storage in Andhra Pradesh way back in 1987. G.N.Rao has further diversified his business to Finance, Chit Funds and real estates. And in the year 1977 M/s.Mamata Chit Funds was floated. He also ventured into Real Estates and float a new business in the style of Gubba Estates. Apart from business field he is associated with Educational, Cultural and Service organisations as mentioned below.

A dedicated man, Gubba Nagender Rao is also the recipient of Vikas Shree Award, in the year 1991 for excellence in the industrial sector.

Gubba Kiran

Young, Dynamic and Committed, 35 year old Gubba Kiran is a Graduate in Commerce and a Diploma holder in Financial Management. He looks after the general Administration & finance department of the Group and handles Financial matters in Cold Storage. He was instrumental in starting the first commercial DeHumidified cold storage in A.P in 1998 and first Rack Cold store for seeds in India in 2008

Gubba Prashant

Young, Dynamic and Committed, thirty year old Gubba Prashant has done MBA. He heads the technical department & Plant Operations of Gubba Cold Storage Limited. with his innovative skills in improving the quality of infrastructure of the company he has played a key role in reducing the cost of power, which is very crucial in a cold storage. He has done lot of R & D work on further more improving the infrastructure of the Cold Storage, which has resulted in increasing the viability of the seed. He got trained in designing the refrigerated warehouses. With all his expertise and experience he was key in designing the state-of-the-art Commercial Seed Cold Storage in 2008.
